ORDER CONFIRMATION

By accepting these terms and conditions, and upon confirmation of the customer’s order, a written and binding agreement is entered between the customer and MMENTZE.COM. Once an order is completed on MMENTZE.COM, the customer will automatically receive a confirmation of the purchase. In case of errors or omissions in the order, MMENTZE.COM reserves the right NOT to send the product to the customer, and thus cancel the order.

PAYMENT

MMENTZE.COM accepts all major credit cards. All information is sent securely to MMENTZE.COM, using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) through an encrypted connection. This prevents any unknown and unauthorised sources from accessing customer information. All payments are processed by Stripe, and MMENTZE.COM thus does not receive nor store any customer credit card information.

Prices are without shipping or other services that MMENTZE.COM may offer.

SHIPPING

MMENTZE.COM ships all products worldwide. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Please note that local import duties are not included.

LOCAL LEVIES

Please note that local import duties vary by country and region. These taxes are to be paid by the customer.

RETURNS

The customer may cancel their purchase by giving unambiguous notice within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the item. The cancellation deadline is met if the customer sends the notice before the expiry of the deadline. The item must be shipped without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of dispatch.

Return is only possible if the purchased goods are returned in the same condition and quantity as when received.
